A 60minutes – 90minutes of processing time is required for guarantee letter (GL) application should you wish to utilize your insurance medical card.
We shall allocate the room & board type in accordance to your medical policy as advised by your insurance company. Please take note that additional charges shall be imposed should you upgraded your room & board type beyond the insurance coverage.
Patients are advised to bring their own toiletries during their hospital stays. A chargeable Admission Pack can be provided upon request. Admission Pack consists of toothbrush, toothpaste, face towel, body powder, plastic cup and tissue.
VALUEABLES & BELONGINGS
Patients are advised not to bring valuable items such as excessive cash, jewelries or electronic devises during the hospital stay.
However, there is a drawer cabinet for you to safe-keep your belongings. Alternatively, you may contact our Patient Relations Officer for further assistance.
All patients shall receive complimentary meals which are served in accordance with instructions from the Physician and Dietitian to suit each patient’s medical condition. Please inform us if you are a vegetarian.
We are committed to serve the meal in time. The timing are:
08:00am – 09:00am
12:00pm – 01:00pm
03:00pm – 04:00pm
06:00pm – 07:00pm
Kindly inform the nurse on duty should your meal is not served within the designated hours.
Patients are advised to settle the balance sum not covered by their insurance company upon discharged.
Payment may be made either by cash, debit card or credit card. However, payment with personal cheque is not advisable.
DISCHARGE ON NON-WORKING DAY
In the event of discharging on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please take note that the processing time may be delayed if you are utilizing your insurance card.
We reserve the right to collect a reasonable sum should you wish to return home before we secure the final guarantee letter from the insurance company.
We shall refund the balance (if any) within 7 working days.
